This verse is very special to our family as we speak this blessing over our children every night. It pretty much covers everything - if God is with us to that extent, what could there ever be to be afraid of or separate us from him? "Turn his face towards you" I see as a proud parent looking on at his child, while aware of any dangers around the child, protecting him and giving him peace. Vanessa

ReplyDeleteI woke up this morning thinking about the sun - its warming and healing properties.
And these verses remind me of that, because when I bless someone with them I am blessing them with the life-giving presence of the living God.
